Where are you based and do you travel?
A. I am proudly based in the beautiful high desert of Bend, Oregon, and I absolutely love capturing stories all around the Pacific Northwest! While my standard packages include travel within 20 miles of Bend (hello, Smith Rock adventures!), I am always ready to pack my bags. Whether you are planning a moody engagement session on the Oregon coast, a wedding elsewhere in the PNW, or an adventure completely outside the box, I am 100% down to travel to you. Just reach out with your dream destination, and let's make it happen.
What should we wear to our session?
A. Comfort and confidence are key! I always recommend neutral, earthy tones, or muted colors that complement the beautiful high-desert landscapes of Central Oregon. Try to avoid loud logos, neon colors, or super busy patterns that might distract from your faces. Once you book, I’m more than happy to help you coordinate outfits or look over options to make sure your vision comes together perfectly!
How many pictures will we receive?
A. Because every session is unique, the number of final images depends entirely on the package you choose and the specific flow of our time together.
What happens if the weather is bad?
A. Living in Oregon, the weather loves to keep us on our toes! I am incredibly flexible. If it’s just a light sprinkle or a bit moody, I say we embrace the adventure, cloudy days actually make for beautiful, soft lighting. However, if the weather is genuinely miserable, freezing, or unsafe, we will absolutely reschedule to the next available date that works for both of us at no extra cost.
When will we get our photos back?
A. I know how exciting it is to wait for your photos! For standard portrait, family, and senior sessions, your fully edited online gallery will be delivered within 2 to 3 weeks. For weddings, elopements, or second-shooting galleries, the turnaround time is typically 4 to 6 weeks due to the higher volume of images. (Keep an eye out for a few sneak peeks shortly after our shoot, though!)
How do we receive our final images?
A. Your photos will be delivered via a private, high-resolution online digital gallery. From there, you can easily download the high-res files directly to your phone or computer, share the link with family and friends, and post them to social media. You will also have full print rights, meaning you can print them wherever you'd like!
Can we get the unedited or RAW files?
A. I do not deliver unedited or RAW files under any circumstances. Editing is a massive half of the creative process and is where the magic truly comes together to reflect my specific style. Trusting me to photograph your story means trusting me to deliver a finished, polished product!
